Clocking in at 67 million years, Dino-Sue is the length of a 4-story building.

Discovery Island Trails.... are walking paths that offer up close wildlife encounters in Disney's Animal-Kingdom theme park. Take a relaxing stroll down beautiful pathways and trails, over wooden foot bridges and through cave-like tunnels, and stop at the viewing areas to observe and photograph a rich variety of exotic animals. Galapagos tortoises, lemurs, kangaroos, capybaras, cockatoos and cotton-top tamarin monkeys are just some of the fascinating creatures you may encounter along Discovery Island Trails. There is also a glass-paneled observation area where you can watch river otters frolic above and underneath the water....I remember saying to Lynn..don't..worry..they won't eat you! You can approach the Discovery Island Trails from a number of different directions and can enjoy the viewing areas in any sequence. The Discovery Island Trails surround the base of the Tree of Life on Discovery Island at the center of Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. Expedition Everest In the Asia area of Disney's Animal-Kingdom theme park is a high-altitude, high-speed, roller coaster train ride for big kids, teens and adults to the "Roof of the World," home of the inhospitable snarling beast, the Yeti, at the mountain's peak. Climb aboard a railway car for a full-steam-ahead adventure bound for Mount Everest. Your trek across the treacherous terrain of the towering Forbidden Mountain begins with a few scenic twists and turns, then sets out on an ascent towards the summit.
Interesting fact..about Animal kingdom.The pre-show area of Expedition Everest begins in a remote village at the base of Mt. Everest, and then winds through a travel agency and a trading post packed with supplies.Continue through to The Yeti Museum (Prof. Pema Dorje, PhD, curator) and explore the artifacts that trace the tale of the Yeti and the animals that inhabit the Himalayas.
