I stayed at the Sandpearl for a conference in the Clearwater Beach area. I was there with my wife and 2 children (ages 10 and 12). All I can say is that it was BY FAR the nicest hotel in the area. This hotel was everything we expected and more.......the room with a view, pool, service was excellent! While it was a little more pricey, it was well worth it.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. We loved visiting with them during our stay. We especially loved Andrew and the girls who worked up by the pool......so sweet and helpful with suggestions..

We returned in July for the second year running bringing the inlaws in tow.

As expected a warm friendly greeting and immaculately clean apartments. The children really enjoy the swimming pool and the fishing jetty whereas we enjoy the warmth, peace and quiet. When we fancy a change of scenery the beach is only a five minute walk. We cant....click the link below..

Stayed four nights here. The place is impeccably clean and the staff very friendly.

It has a great location within short walk to the beach/pier. Because it is located across the main street from the Gulf the prices are much better than if it were located on the Gulf-front. There is a vacant lot adjacent that is somewhat of an eyesore, but.....click below to read the full story.
