Disney-Halloween-Tips
Disney-Halloween-Tips. Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party. Lynn and I usually head for Orlando in the summer; however caring readers of my website have kindly passed on some Halloween tips. Tips which will help you plan, especially if you have some small children, suggestions will help you get the most out of your time in the Magic Kingdom.

Halloween event
Disney-Halloween-Tips, You need a separate ticket for the Halloween event! The Halloween party event begins at 7pm, however you can enter the Magic Kingdom at 4pm. What do you do for 3 hours before the "Not so scary party begin's? Have an early dinner, browse the shopping areas, Disney have 50% off some of their products. Then you have to dress your children up, in their Scary costumes, hope you bought them a frightening one? Time now to line up for the events in the Toon Town area!
Faces painted
Children the world over like having their faces painted, a complimentary benefit your ticket provides. All the work is carried out by Disney make up artists, the results are oustanding, make sure you have your camera To be honest I would like my face painted, preference here, well I would like to go for the Dracula look, plenty of white paint, some synthetic blood and a nice pair of white protruding teeth. I'm sure if you asked one of the ladies who carryout this very important party preparation, who too could have your face transformed by some stage grease paint!
“Not so scary”
Disney-Halloween-Tips. Disney make up artists transform your children into, “Not so scary” ghosts and ghouls. Depending on how many people are waiting for their faces to be painted, this can take up to 30 minutes or so. It is a popular event, do a little foreword planning, keep your eyes open for queues starting, and then join the line.
Mickey and Minnie
Disney-Halloween-Tips. Photographs with the host are available, who are the hosts, none other than Mickey and Minnie, dressed in their Halloween outfits. In previous years guests were forced to stand in separate lines, to visit Mickey and Minnie. Disney probably noticed this and implemented the change. Minnie and Mickey interact with guests in a remarkable way; I know from past experience, their act is superb. Lynn and I have stood watching children who are a little shy at their first meeting, with these two famous characters, suddenly transformed into raging fans in the blink of an eye, and it is all down to the high professional standard Disney implement when training cast members.
Fairy dust
They do sprinkle a little fairy dust around them too, just to make it special. The interaction with guests at the Halloween party was fantastic, with both Mickey and Minnie pointing out similarities between their stripy clothes, and that worn by their guests, children adore this, and they will walk away with happy lasting memories. The Halloween party continues as you skip your way down to the Alice and Mad Hatter’s treat trail, a path laden with sweets that eventually ends near to Space Mountain. Yes you probably think, its time to eat my sweeties, and why not just go with whatever your children want to do!
Annual pass
Disney-Halloween-Tips. Annual pass holders, yes you can buy an annual pass for Disney, this is only viable if you live near Orlando. Many visitors will focus on the Halloween aspect during this very special party, the normal exciting, rides which are Magic Kingdom contain are available, these attractions would be better left till you can return for a two week vacation, concentrate on Halloween.
Halloween party
Disney-Halloween-Tips. Because Disney only allows a limited number of tickets to be sold for the Halloween party, waiting times for the attractions is cut to a minimum. Remember one benefit of booking with a Disney Hotel; you have the option to go to the parks one hour earlier than everyone else. Lynn and I use this to our advantage during our summer holiday, use it to see the more popular rides, like Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain. The climax to the Mickey’s boo to you Halloween party is the parade. Oh I do enjoy these, they are a must see if you are considering a Disney trip, the choreography is outstanding, and you may be lucky enough to be asked to take part.
Firework spectacular
Disney-Halloween-Tips, Halloween parade is performed twice during the party. This has something for everyone, the summer parades, have people singing and clapping and jumping around, age group is no barrier here, Lynn and I have seen grandparents involved in all the action. Hallo wishes, I do like these Disney terms for their events! Is a firework spectacular? A villain’s stage show is performed several times during the party together with two dance parties. An interesting unique event for all the family.
