Fairies-Magic-Kingdom......Tinker Bell and the rest of the Disney Fairies will return to Magic Kingdom Park for meet-and-greets beginning July 28. The Pixie Hollow gang will be stationed at the Adventureland Veranda in the Adventureland area of the park.

Until that time, the fairies will continue greeting families at Epcot.

Goofy’s Sky School

Fairies-Magic-Kingdom.....A very special guest visited Disney California Adventure park last week for the grand opening of Goofy’s Sky School – the voice of Goofy, Bill Farmer. Needless to say Bill was thrilled to see his old pal Goofy star in his very own attraction at Paradise Pier.

Disney Youth Programs

Fairies-Magic-Kingdom.....I am excited to announce the addition of a new Disney Youth Programs self-guided learning opportunity for youth groups of 10 or more – the Kingdom Keepers Quest!

The program, which was developed around the Kingdom Keepers book series and was written by author Ridley Pearson himself, involves problem solving, visualization, observation, creativity, math skills, language arts and critical thinking.

Students will have the opportunity to work together to solve puzzles throughout Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort — just as the Keepers do in the first book, Kingdom Keepers: Disney After Dark. Do you have what it takes to be a Keeper?

The D23 Expo

The D23 Expo is just around the corner, and I still have so much to share with all of you.

Over the next few weeks, be among the first to see some of the newest debuts from Disney Theme Park Merchandise from Dara, Steven and I, including the release of the much anticipated limited edition TRON Monorail and Disneyland Monorail play sets,

as well as some of the latest releases from Disney licensees and artists including Precious Moments©, Robert Olszewski and more.

What I can tell you now is that the Dream Store will be filled to the brim and bursting with D23 themed merchandise and other specialty items from Disney Theme Park Merchandise, including D23 Expo logo assortments to Disney-inspired art and collectibles, ear hats, pins, Vinylmation and more.

Alright, Disney fans! How excited are you that we have fewer than 60 days left until the start of the D23 Expo 2011?

What are you most looking forward to? Presentations by the Walt Disney Studios? Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives? The latest information from Disney Parks and Resorts?

...Or finding out what’s “in store” for you at the D23 Expo Dream Store? There’s so much happening, it’s hard to choose just one.

So let’s kick off our Disney Theme Park Merchandise D23 Expo series with a behind-the-scenes look at “Remember… it all started with a Mouse.”

As part of this year’s D23 Expo, local artist Noah was commissioned by Disney Consumer Products to create the iconic graphic celebrating this year’s themes.

Noah has captured in exquisite detail the joy and laughter that comes from Walt Disney’s ever-familiar and contagious smile..... and has carefully selected a palette of colors that cleverly reveals this year’s celebrated film anniversaries including:-

“101 Dalmatians,” “Alice in Wonderland” and “Dumbo.” Surrounded by color, the piece allows you to share in the spirit and magic of Disney animation while remembering that it all started with a mouse.
