The park for over half a century has been creating fond vacation memories for millions of visitors who have entered through its gaping Gator mouth entrance. People enjoy getting close up to the exhibits! Families, friends and employees alike have ventured through the glass double doors on their way to a journey through this natural... low-tech adventure...but highly educational . Located between Orlando and Kissimmee on the South Orange Blossom Trail.. Gator Gully
It’s ready set splash as the Alligator Capital of the World announces the spring 2007 opening of Gator Gully Splash ParkFeaturing unusual water sources crafted to resemble some of the parks most popular residents while maintaining the cracker humor visible throughout the 58-year old theme park.
World famous Gator Jumparoo Show
Located near the world famous Gator Jumparoo Show area Gator Gully Splash Park was designed for those hot and humid afternoons in Florida when you just can’t seem to cool off. Over a quarter acre and ready to soak, Gator Gully Splash Park includes a row of giant egrets spilling water from their beaks; dueling water guns mounted on the backs of two giant gators lined up and waiting for a friendly squirtfest with your neighbor. an ol’ jalopy overrun with water and places to splash a bucket tree that is just perfect for a slow dash and spray for the little ones; and Grandma’s Wet Shack a veritable fountain of water-based fun for kids of all ages to splash, squirt and play in truckloads of cool H2O.

Drop by Allie's Barnyard
Also incorporated in the new attraction are additional animal exhibits changing stations dry shade pavilions and a retail outlet featuring a whole mess of new characters and critters known as the Gator Gully Gang. Drop by Allie's Barnyard and say hello to some of the cute and cuddly barnyard critters that call this theme park home. Say hello to Gracie a friendly goat who just loves to eat from your hand, and Harley the Macaw who just might say hello back! At Allie's Barnyard you'll find all sorts of critters, from chickens and ducks to deer, sheep, and goats all playful and looking for a little attention provides great entertainment for small children! Feeding cones are also available for a nominal charge. There's nothing like a little snack to help make new friends amongst the animal gang at Allie's Barnyard!

Rail Road

Gatorland Iron Horse
Making its debut in 1965 the original Gatorland Iron Horse gave visitors a glimpse of the south end of the park as it carried passengers over alligators and by the animal displays on its journey back to the station. After 35 years of loyal service carrying millions of passengers the old Iron Horse was finally retired in 2000 and a new station was built Great place for a photo! Making its inaugural run on July 1st 2001 the new Gatorland Express departed from its brand new train station carrying passengers around the Jungle Crocs and Breeding Marsh/Bird Rookery areas. The train makes a stop at the very South end of the park close to Pearl's Smokehouse and the Alligator Wrestling Stadium. Visitors can still see the old original Gatorland Iron Horse on display just outside the new train station. Also located at the Gatorland Train Station is Jorge's Fun Face Painting for both kids and adults. From swirling glitter designs to Spiderman faces, kids of all ages will enjoy this fun and creative experience.

Gatorland Very Merry Aviary.

Gatorland's Very Merry Aviary home to the colorful and friendly Lorikeets, is a great place to get upclose to nature. These brightly colored parrots native to the Western Pacific and East Indies area are specially adapted to a diet of pollen nectar, and fruit. This diet has led to the development of a specialized tongue with a brush-like structure at the tip for gathering pollen and nectar... as well as a more slender bill for probing into flowers. Their Lorikeets just love people especially those with a small cup of nectar. Open several times daily during regularly scheduled feeding times visitors can enter the Aviary for a more intimate experience with the birds. Small cups of nectar! to feed the Lorikeets are available for a nominal charge. Paper towels are also available for those who may experience a very personal Lorikeet encounter!

Exciting and educational shows
The park has been entertaining people with fun, exciting and educational shows about dangerous and unusual animals for years!Where else can you help a gator wrestler pick out the gator they are about to wrestle or have an up-close experience. with really cool reptiles or see crocs and gators jump high in the air for food? No where! So come and share the adventure at all of our fun shows...this would make a exciting trip especially for small children!

Gatorland-Tours
Trainer for a DayAn experience you will not forget! The Trainer For A Day program will give you a glimpse into what it takes to be able to work with and around dangerous animals. The day starts with an introductory course that includes safety procedures handling exercises and basic behavioral animal training. WOW it's time for a hands-on training session with one of the reptile experts. This up-close interaction includes a chance to learn all about crocodilians and an opportunity to test your skills at croc wrangling! Experience may range from moving large alligators and crocodiles to assisting a reptile trainer in daily activities. So be sure to prepare for the unexpected when completing this Gatorland exclusive package.

Trainer for a Day
Trainer for a Day Fee: $125.00Age: Must be at least 12 years of age and up Tour Length: 2 hours (tour starts at 8:00am) Apparel, wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, sunglasses, sneakers or hiking boots. Nothing extremely baggy please! Number of people: minimum 1, maximum 5 Paperwork Advanced reservations required. You will be contacted by one of their staff to confirm your reservation please provide accurate contact information during checkout! Guest must present reservation voucher with confirmation number at time of check-in. Admission Policy Gatorland admission is included for the tour participant. A discount of 20% will be offered for up to 6 people in the party. Food and beverages not included. All sounds very interesting and I'm sure this would appeal to lots of visitors!
