Construction is moving ahead briskly in Winter Haven, where the rides and the main castle of Legoland Florida are taking shape on the site of the former Cypress Gardens.

From the park's newly refurbished Island in the Sky, which takes riders 150 feet in the air for a bird's-eye view of the park, guests on Tuesday morning could already see Castle Hill, several of the park's roller coasters and an emerging Miniland, which includes a miniature Lego version of the New York City skyline.

$75 for an adult and $65 for a child

The company said Tuesday that ticket prices, currently selling for a discount, will increase to $75 for an adult and $65 for a child... that day the park opens.

Until, then, tickets are selling with a $10 discount.
