Magic Kingdom is the jewel in the crown of Disney parks; it is a very happy place where you will see people having a great deal of fun. The characters are exceptional when it comes to forming personal relationships with their guests. Mickey Mouse and Minnie are a delight to watch. They meet small children in a very interesting way which will have them walking away with big smiles on their faces. Minnie MouseI enjoy watching all the characters interact with visitors;I do like to watch them point out that they have similar clothing to their guest. One little girl I remember wore stripy stockings and was just a little shy when she encountered Minnie Mouse for the first time. Donald DuckAdults too will be amazed at how the characters interact with them, you might not believe this but one of my fond memories is having a waltz with none other than Donald Duck, he was fantastic and I did notice that other people seemed to warm to this spontaneous event.Walt Disney World, OrlandoWalt-Disney-World-Florida, has some of the best known characters in the World.The costumes and general movement of these people, are truly amazing, they must spend many hours perfecting their character act. One little point Lynn and I have noticed is their signatures, yes you must buy an autograph book. All signatures look the same! Walt Disney World , EpcotEpcot in Walt-Disney-World-Florida, is a must see attraction, it is like nothing else you have experienced at a theme park.Epcot is a mixture of tomorrow and what it may bring. It is also a place to find out how every day tools that we take for granted like communications systems were developed. Epcot is thought provoking and highly educational. The living land is an experience which doubles as a practical answer; the answer is the food that it produces which is subsequently used in the Epcot restaurants. Disney WorldWorld show case is an outstanding and very interesting part of Epcot.A number of different countries are represented here; they all lie around central lake in Epcot. World showcase is a display of culture and natural beauty. All the different countries have some interesting visual and audio displays which help the onlooker get a feel of what it must be like to live there. Some of the countries have themed rides which add to the overall experience. Norway and Mexico and my favorites, they have a few surprises too. America’s landmarksSoarin in Epcot, Walt-Disney-World-Florida, is a ride in a hang glider over some of America’s great natural landmarks and is a must see attraction.You actually feel as if you are swooping down over conifer forests and in anticipation your legs will rise, however there is nothing to worry about, it's all down to superb visual affects. Ellen’s adventureEllen’s adventure is another great Epcot experience, one minute you are sitting watching a film show, the next minute brings you into an authentic tropical forest where real life size Dinosaurs munch their way through vegetation.The audio and lighting affects here are something which you will never forget. Drummers, World showcaseThere are demonstrations by dancers and artisans from around the world.Drummers pound their huge drums in a highly coordinated and rhythmic manner; spend a little time watching these performers it won’t belong before their beat is transformed into your foot or hand, you find yourself caught in this infectious and highly skilled performance. Summer seasonEpcot has a wonderful atmosphere, especially if your visit coincides with the summer season.Relax and feed the squirrels that run in between visitors and the tree areas. Sit and relax with a pretzel and glass of wine and do a little people watching. Lynn and I have passed the time by talking to people in Epcot who have traveled from the other side of the world.
