Mardi Gras prevails at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, where large replicas of floats are suspended from warehouse like ceilings. Outdoor fun includes the Doubloon Lagoon, a water playground with alligator fountains and a colorful, Mardi Gras inspired slide in the shape of a dragon.

The resort also features a separate children's pool, playground, game arcade, bike rentals and watercraft rentals.
